Overview of the Domain name

I've been in the internet business for over 20 years and have accumulated quality domain names. Names like BradentonFlorida.com, PropertyAppraiser.com, PalmettoFlorida.com and more. Many are targeted towards the real estate business. Since I decided to retire I'm also selling off my websites and domain names. This domain has an estibot.com appraisal of $45,000. The bradentonflorida.com domain could be worth a lot more to the creative real estate entrepreneur. Your sign won't be forgot if its BradentonFlorida.com. Open to offers.
Bradenton about 20 minutes away
Lakewood ranch area is a large master planned community east of I-75. It stretches from University Boulevard south to State Road 64 in the north and from I-75 west to beyond Lorraine Road to the east. Originally it was a 25,000 acre ranch. Homes in this area range from $200,000 to several million dollars. It has a feel of country living with a strong focus on sports. Polo clubs, golf courses, and sport campus where you might find an international soccer competition happening. The downtown area is quaint with many nice restaurants. You can see more at their website Lakewood Ranch.
Longboat key is a beautiful island and town on the southernmost barrier islands of Manatee County, about a 40 minute drive from I-75. There are many hotels, motels condominiums on the island. Beaches are typically not very accessible unless you are staying at one of the beach accomodations although there are a few spots with public beach access. Longboat key is thought of locally as an affluent community with many high rise condominiums. It has a single golf course but access to mainland is only available from the very north and south ends of the island.
Holmes Beach is a small community in the center of Anna Maria Island. It has limited public beach access unless staying in a beach accomodation, but there are a few. You can access the beach at the end of many of the streets but parking is usually a problem. It has many motels and beach houses lining the beach. Mostly older facilities that give it an old Florida beach feel. No high rise condos found anywhere on Anna Maria Island. The homes are nicely kept and updated. Access to mainland Bradenton is only a few minutes and about 35 minutes to I-75.
Bradenton Beach is on the south end of Anna Maria Island and is similar to Holmes beach except it has a large public beach area with picnic areas and playground. It has a quaint downtown area with a fishing pier. There is also a popular boat ramp here. Access to mainland Bradenton is only a few minutes and about 35 minutes to I-75.
The City of Anna Maria is on the north side of the island. It has excellent views and similar to Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach only a little more upscale. It has fishing piers and also a quaint downtown area with some of the most recognized restaurants in Florida. It is a little less accessible to mainland Bradenton since its only access is from Manatee Avenue or SR 64. A very nice public beach lies at the end of Manatee Avenue.
Palmetto is across the bridge from Bradenton. It is a less affluent area but nicely maintained. It has some good restaurants and is known locally for the site of the fairgrounds and conference center. It has many local fishing access areas mostly known to the locals but Emerson Point Park is a good place to start. Palmetto is the first town after crossing the Sunshine Skyway bridge from St Petersburg.
Myakka City is typically thought of by the locals as farm country, 25 minutes east of I-75. The town area is mainly a crossroad but it has many large ranches and beautiful equine communities with 5 and 10 acre tracts. If you want real privacy its the area to look at since grocery stores and gas stations are a 25 minute drive.

What to do in and around Bradenton!

Bradenton has a large selection of golf courses in the area. Keep in mind if staying on the island you are limited to the number of courses readily available without a drive to the mainland. See available courses here at Golflink.com

A license is required to fish in Florida although charters do not require a license. Otherwise a license is required for anyone over 16 years of age, but you can't miss fishing here. Watch for a list of charters.

The food is fabulous and there are many award winning restaurants available. Whether seafood or not you won't have a problem deciding where to eat.
